Return Policy

Please request a refund or an exchange by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery of your product (Sales items are excluded). If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will also refund the shipping costs of returning the item.

Decorstly reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item in consideration is deemed by us to be damaged by the buyer.

Your order will be shipped directly from our 3rd party supplier.

  • You must return the product within 7 days from the date of you receive the item.
  • The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Sales items are excluded (We will not accept the return request for the sales items)
  • There will also be a 10% restocking fee. 
  • If the item is same as it described, then your return request will not be accepted.
  • The return process will be based on the purchase price of the product.
  • The purchase price of the product to be returned will be credited to the account on which the return process will be made.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I return my international order?
Yes, of course. Before mailing your return, please e-mail us at Decorstly@gmail.com and provide the reason(s) for your return request. Our team will get back to you shortly to initiate a return.
