Return Policy

Please request a refund or an exchange by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery of your product. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will also refund the shipping costs of returning the item.

Decorstly reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item in consideration is deemed by us to be damaged by the buyer.

Your order will be shipped directly from our 3rd party supplier.

  • You must return the product within 14 days from the date of you receive the item.
  • The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • There will also be a 10% restocking fee. 
  • The return processing time will be 30 days
  • The purchase price of the product to be returned will be credited to the account on which the return process will be made.
  • The return shipping cost is free

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I return my international order?
