Tracking

You will receive tracking information 1 to 3 days from the date of purchase. If you have not received any tracking information after 5 days, please contact us.

Returns

Please request a refund or an exchange by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery of your product. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also offer free return, no shipping charges.

Please note: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
